Our very special species Cymbidium orchid called Cymbidium tracyanum produces pointed flowers that glow orange at times then with less light look almost brown. The light intensity determines the color of the flower. The center labellum is elongated and protrudes forward giving the orchid an Asian appeal. The spikes usually extend three feet which is adorned with beautiful flowers. The flower color changes depending on the age of the flower. New flowers start off green then turn brown as they age. The spikes should be allowed to hang giving this special orchid more appeal than it already has. Highly recommended.
