requirements
- Your order must be
transmitted to us using our Drop Ship Order Interface. This
interface allows us to automatically send you an order
confirmation and FedEx tracking numbers. 1888Orchids will allow the
transmission of orders via fax or email for the first few orders
you send, then all orders must be processed using our Drop Ship
Order Interface which you can access in our Members Login area.
- Incorrect addresses
will be charged a $10 service fee. Please verify all ship to
addresses with your customer or verify it using
USPS.com
Cancellation Policy
- Non Holiday
Orders may be cancelled until 2:00 pm of the shipping day. No
cancellations will be accepted after this cutoff time. - Holiday
Orders may be cancelled until 2:00 pm of the day prior to the
shipping day. Orders cancelled after this holiday cutoff time will
be shipped.
Substitutions
- We strive to limit
sending customers substitutions of purchased items. However,
there are times when we will need to substitute an item.
1888Orchids.com reserves the right to substitute an item if an
ordered item is not available. We will make an attempt to
contact you if an item is not in stock and request your suggestion
on a substitution. During peak times like holidays this may
not always be possible and we reserve the right to send a
substitution whenever necessary.
Customer Service
- Any request
regarding a replacement or complaint should be sent via our online
form. Please do not contact us unless the issue is very
important and needs to be attended to quickly. We pledge to
answer all vendor inquiries made via our online inquiry form
within 24 hours. If an online request has not been answered,
then you can contact us via telephone at 760.630.1465
Shipping
Information
1888Orchids.com does
not guarantee delivery dates. We pledge to send the exact item
that was ordered. In some instances, the item ordered may not be
available. In which case we need to source the item from another
vendor. This may delay the order one or two days. For this
reason, we do not guarantee delivery dates. We will refund any
late deliveries made by FedEx.
