Good product, lousy service |

My mother in law thought the orchid was lovely. The problem was, I'd paid the extra overnight cost to have it delivered the next day, and it arrived late. In fact, two days late. I tried to call the company, but after a couple minutes of ringing, I gave up. So I emailed the contact address, and never received a reply to my complaint. So...this is the last orchid I'll ever buy from your company.
