It doesn't get any better than this. Here is a white Phalaenopsis orchid at its best! We call these beautiful orchids our Super Grand Deluxe orchids for two reasons. One, the flower size can measure up to six inches in diameter. As the orchid plant matures, the flowers get progressively bigger. You should place our Super Grand Deluxe orchid somewhere bright to allow flowers to open to their fullness. Second, these beauties are grown in seven inch growing pots. The result is an orchid with a 16 inch leaf span (and bigger) that can only be called Super Grand Deluxe! With proper care the flowers will open all at once, a site to behold. NOTE: 1888Orchids.com is very proud of our Super Grand Deluxe white Phalaenopsis orchid. This orchid has improved through time. The selection of a white Phalaenopsis to use for this purpose was the first item handled. We chose an orchid that produces the largest flowers. Also, we found a plant that produces compact foliage that continues to expand as the orchid ages. As the orchid matures, the foliage continues to expand, some reaching 16 inches in length. The goal for most of our customers is getting all the flowers to open at the same time. Our Super Grand Deluxe white Phalaenopsis orchids are shipped with approximately three to four flowers open (unless otherwise requested in the order comments) and the rest are buds ready to bloom in the home. The tip of the flower spike should never be touched once the orchid has been unwrapped. As the flower spike continues to grow, this tiny node at the tip of the flower spike with continue to produce buds and flowers.. like a vine. Your challenge is to get all the flowers to open at the same time. It is not uncommon to see this orchid with a cascade of flowers - a site to behold.
