    Orchids are Red especially when it is this special Oncidium orchid called Burrageara Living Fire "Glowing Embers." HCC/AOS. This pretty red orchid is presented in our red metal planter adorned in bright green sheet moss.  Burr. Living Fire "Glowing Embers" (Burr. stands for Burrageara) produces bright red flowers - a color that is rare among orchids. New blooms begin with a bright red color then become more subdued as the flower ages.  The flowers are unmistakably red.  Orchid stands approximately 18 inches tall.  Sent in bud and bloom with helpful care instructions.

    SPECIAL NOTE:
    Burr. Living Fire "Glowing Embers" HCC/AOS has been crossed with the following orchids: Cochlioda noeliana, Miltoniopsis vexillaria, Oncidium incurvum and Oncidium maculatum.  The result is an easy to grow orchid with beautiful green foliage.  Each stem usually produces twenty flowers or more.  With proper care, this orchid will bloom faithfully each year.
