Orchids Were a No-Show at my wedding |

Their online ordering system said they were shipped to me, but the day before my wedding they still hadn't arrived! I called their number up but got voicemail, and their mailbox was FULL so I couldn't leave a message! I had to scramble to get backup flowers locally which really stressed me out.
They ended up giving me a refund when I finally was able to get someone on the phone and explained 'the flowers were not in season' but the whole experience was awful. Why would they allow me to order them (and say they were SHIPPED on their website) if they were 'not in season?'

I ordered the white phalaenopsis orchids for my wedding in April 2008 and was just amazed ! I received so many compliments and am in awe everytime I see my wedding pictures! Thanks Again!!
